Mams - a social network for young mothers
The main goal:
As a young mother I encountered the problem of meeting mothers like myself.
Currently there is no social app for young mothers.
In the survey I conducted, most of the respondents answered that they were alone on maternity leave.
Therefore, I decided to create a social app for young mothers.
Thanks to the application, it's easy and simple to create new connection and meetings between mothers like on dating sites and relieve loneliness during this period.
In addition, there is an active and large community of mothers, professionals, activities for mother and baby, recipes for babies and more.
Everything in one place!
Problem definition:
Today, young mothers who want to create new social connections with other mothers don't know how and where to do it?
There is no digital platform for this.
User research:
For the purpose of user research, surveys and personal interviews were conducted. Finally, a persona of an average user was created.
The users are young mothers, ranging in age from 18-50 years. Attached is an example of an average persona, with quotes asked in her questionnaire.
A survey was conducted among 62 mothers and personal interviews were conducted with 7 mothers.
